CAC Champions !!!!

After not posting anything for such a long time, I think it only fair to do so with all good news. Recently at the 2009 National Championships we had two champions. Ryan Brathwaite in the Men's 110m hurdles and Keisha Walkes in the Women's Shot Put.

I will post the full results from Nationals as soon as I get them.


CAC Age-groups

Our own Elroy Agard was again the head coach of the successful 2009 CAC Age-group Champions. Also on that team were three of the most talented starlites in Barbados : Jerrad Mason and Dario Scantlebury ( U-15 Boys) and Tristan Evelyn ( U-13 Girls).

Congratulations

Congralutions are in order for four of our very own who have made us proud again. Elroy Agard has again been selected by the national governing body ( AAA) as head coach of the 2009 CAC multi-events Championships to be held in the Bahamas.

Also selected based on their outstanding performances last weekend are : Under -13 Girls - Tristan Evelyn and Under -15 Boys - Jerrad Mason and Dario Scantlebury.
